1.How do I cancel my order?
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, our order will go to the packaging process.
Orders cannot be canceled once packed, please understand our work.
2.What is our return policy?
Returns of Patio Heater products are subject to the following conditions.
(1) Patio Heater products support returns and exchanges within 30 natural days.
(2) You can only return Patio Heater products purchased online at Patiosheater.com.
(3) Patio Heater products are in pristine condition.
(4) Patio Heater products are well packaged , product labels should be retained.
3.Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
(1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as broken, unable to light, unable to heat, etc.) with Patio Heater, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Patiosheater.com.

Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
Please send the Patio Heater product in its original packaging to 1106 Tennyson St, Orlando, Florida.
