1.Where do we ship from?
Our warehouse address is 1106 Tennyson St, Orlando, Florida, from where your Patio Heater products will be shipped after you place your order.
Since many Americans enjoy the outdoors and the climate in the U.S. is often unpredictable, we wanted to be able to provide our customers in the U.S. with g high-quality Patio Heater.
Currently, we only support orders from the U.S.
2.What courier do we use for shipping?
We ship via DHL Express and your Patio Heater will be delivered within 6-9 business days of our dispatch.
(1) If the total amount of a single order is $100 or more, the order will be shipped free of charge.
(2) If the total amount of a single order is less than $100, the user will have to pay $10 for shipping.
3.How long is our delivery time?
Our delivery time is 7-12 business days.
The details will be as follows:
– Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Orders are not processed on weekends).
– Shipping time is 6-9 business days.
Orders are placed after the cut-off time 5:00 pm (EST).
